With the west being such a hit with foreign buyers, the east often gets overlooked. Yet for the discerning buyer, there is much to appeal. Less conspicuous than the west, the east of Mallorca is also less commercialised, less crowded, less costly and with lower crime rates.

Property in this area is on demand as this is, for many, the “real mallorca”.

Mallorca’s west holds a special kind of beauty, utterly at odds with the popular image of the island. The sandy beach resorts are replaced by a rocky coastline, and local stone has mostly been used to build the traditional towns and villages that nestle amongst the Serra de Tramuntana mountains where you wil find luxury properties with amazing sea views.
